SHIPPING CHECKLIST
To prevent delays or added fees, please prepare your injectors as follows:
Remove injectors from the fuel rail. Injectors sent attached to rails will incur extra labor charges and may delay service.
Drain and wipe injectors to remove fuel, oil, or grease.
Injectors with strong fuel odor or leaking fuel may be rejected by carriers and returned to you.Include old O-rings and sealing grommets.
This is especially important for modified setups or swaps. If desired, mark cylinder numbers (not required; we will follow the numbering you provide).
TURNAROUND TIME
Injectors are typically serviced and ready for return shipment within 1–2 business days after arrival.
INJECTORS WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO REPAIR
Some injector failures cannot be corrected through cleaning:
Burned or open electrical coils
External body leaks (plastic/metal seam failures)
Broken, bent, or missing pintle
Heat/fire damage
Rust or corrosion internally
Damaged electrical connectors
Worn or failed internal metering components
If any injector is non-repairable, we will notify you before completing the service.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Painted Injectors
Ultrasonic cleaning can remove paint on older metal-body injectors.
We do not re-paint injectors. Any refinishing is the responsibility of the owner.
Unavailable Components
While we stock a wide range of seals and components, some parts are discontinued or unavailable.
We will notify you if any injector cannot be fully serviced due to unavailable parts.
DISCLAIMERS
Injector Services provides cleaning, testing, and flow documentation only.
We do not diagnose engine issues, guarantee horsepower gains, or certify emissions compliance.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the injectors being sent are legal for their vehicle application.
By sending your injectors to us, you acknowledge that fuel systems contain hazardous materials and agree that Injector Services is not responsible for injuries, vehicle damage, or installation errors after the injectors leave our facility.
